Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In Tor Browser JavaScript is disabled by default, but RS requires it. And user with not JS enabled will see an infinite loading page with no extra feedback.

Describe the solution you'd like
The index.html should display a disclaimer for this scenario, prompting the user to enable it to make it work and (maybe?) a small tutorial.

Additional context
This disclaimer should apply only on the /web/index.html file and not in others. Check https://github.com/RoboSats/robosats/blob/main/frontend/templates/frontend/index.ejs

hey @KoalaSat i would like to work on this issue!!

I’ll be adding a disclaimer to the index.html to notify users with JavaScript disabled (especially in Tor Browser). The message will provide instructions on how to enable JavaScript and prevent users from being stuck on an infinite loading screen. This solution will improve the user experience by offering clear guidance to resolve this issue.
