feat (YouTube): Search bar in settings to help with filtering/finding a specific setting

Feature description

Quite a lot of settings, no complaints there, but having a search bar would help in locating or filtering for a specific setting.

Motivation

Helps finding settings. Avoids or reduces people assuming a setting does not exist if they cannot find it by searching for it.

I guess this has not been suggested before as I've tried searching for "search bar in settings" or "settings search".
