Upgrade to kafka version 1.1.0 so that we can set the "default.deserialization.exception.handler" config variable to the name of LogAndContinueExceptionHandler. Ref - https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-5157

Also upgrade confluent to 4.1.0
