The embedded page doesn't have autocomplete disabled on the input element it uses to type answers into. It should have autocomplete="off" set on the element, as well as probably a name attribute as well, as per https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Security/Practical_implementation_guides/Turning_off_form_autocompletion
