Organization "profile" endpoint

In Exchange, we'd like to be able to display details about who an organization is, like a "profile".

Currently, PDC does not store that information about an organization directly on the organization entity records. Instead, the data comes from base fields.

• PDC should have a mechanism for resolving that data into a canonical set of profile information so that we can query and display it.
• Will want to give users some ability to control what is displayed (change information or control visibility)
