Add new version switcher for vuepress installation that more closely matches the old gitbook one:

  • Version info dynamically updated from a single source config file (this allows old version to be updated without having to rebuild)
  • Version info perhaps language aware? (ie you switch to same version in same language by default.
  • Version switcher page aware - ie you switch to the same page in the old version
