I download the source code of OrchardCMS Core, it won't compile

Projects that use central package version management should not define the version on the PackageReference items but on the PackageVersion items: Microsoft.SourceLink.GitHub;Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp.CodeStyle.

I am using MS Visual Studio 2022 with .Net SDK 9 installed on my computer.
Could anyone tell me why? Thanks.

We already have the source code from a while and compiled successfully, please run dotnet restore and make sure you have the version that's used in global.json
