OpenGFX2 is not on https://translator.openttd.org/projects yet.

On top of that, #110 modified the obg generating script, and the modification only targeted Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese (zh_CN, 0x56; zh_TW, 0x0c). This is not a good practice.

If anyone reads this who understands the eints integration then guidance (or PRs!) would be very appreciated.

The strings used for the base generation script should probably be revised to avoid concatenation. But will need some thought on integrating the baseset 'brand names' and versions.
