Problem We Want to Solve

As a DataFed user, I want to use the Python CLI to interact with the DataFed metadata service when in Metadata Mode

Describe the Solution You'd Like

Open terminal
Auth in CLI
Usage
Interaction with DataFed Arango

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN a user is using the Python CLI
WHEN the user does x
THEN x happens and is in the ArangoDB
SO THAT they can use DataFed Metadata Mode
