Using custom conf files to get real IP

Hi, I want to use custom file for proxy hosts (as described in documentation) to set headers with real client's ip, but after I create a file at /data/nginx/custom/server_proxy.conf, and add this

proxy_set_header Host $host;
proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Proto $scheme;

to it, nothing change (in logs there are still Docker IPs).
What I'm doing wrong?
