Issue #247 - Pin greenlet version

Add greenlet dependency and pin to 1.1.3 for consistency with Core
`master` work. Note, poetry will report that the lock file is out of
date with these changes. That cant be updated until a Core tag is added
with the greenlet version changed which GUI and depend on.
