The web interface (Port 80) works. On the other hand, I do not see the videos of my cameras. The status is correct (active). When I select a flow (http://localhost:0/stream), I have the following message of Firefox:

This address uses an unusual network port for web browsing. As a security measure, Firefox abandoned the request.

I think the problem is the value of the port 0.
