MotionSpot - object detection and tracking for Motion

I've written a basic Python script which adds object detection to Motion. It will be great if Motion or MotionPlus gains this as a feature at some point, but in the meanwhile I needed to make Motion recognise objects somehow. Further details here: https://github.com/xj25vm/MotionSpot/
