Im not quite sure how as of now, but soimetimes oozelings regrow limb action will just vanish into thin air. preventing them from doing one of the 2 unique things they can do

Their regrow ability is given by their oozling heart. If some weird interaction some how replaces it they lose this ability. Can be caused by bioscramblers and similar effects. Can be restored by dying but oozling organs were not meant to be removed so issues like this will occur.
