Reproduction:

super kitty ears on a IPC with random damage, when they transform and undo the transformation, damage is added from bottom left to top right progressivley till a limb is 'unuseable', allowing you to force all damage onto one limb, also making burn into brute.

not specific to kitty ears, this is just a property of the shapeshift spell in general

i believe the other shapeshift spell types such as miner lesser drake form, the wizard spell, and the ascended knock heretic's spell would also do this.
