Describe the bug

'simulation: (code: -32603, message:,
sentry-install.js:1
data: Some (Object {"cause": Object {"isBrokenCircuitError": Bool(true)" error messages when trying to swap from dapp, swap / approval fails
Same error with STX enabled and disabled
The bug is not present in 12.17.0
Possibly related #32354
#32491

Expected behavior

Swap can be submitted on Base

  1. Connect to dapp
  2. Switch to Base / Polygon (I haven't tried other networks)
  3. Start a transaction
