[Bug]: When editing and then saving a network while connected to a dapp the network does not switch

Describe the bug

When you're connected to a dapp with a network selected, if you edit a network you are not currently on and click save, you will switch to that network but not within the dapp

Expected behavior

After you finished editing a network while connected to the dapp, you should switch to that network on the app and in the dapp

Steps to reproduce

1. Goto a dapp
2. Connect to a dapp
3. Make sure you're connected to a specific network and the dapp is also on the same network
4. Edit a network that YOU AREN'T on and click save
5. Observe extension switches to the recently edited network but NOT the dapp
