New window isntead of new tab

By starting from command line
kitty_portable.exe -ssh author.test -l "root" -pass "root" -new_console:t:"Root" - the kitte is oppened correctly in new tab
if i use in command line the ">" character(as example instead of "root" the "root>" or "root^") the kitty will be opened in new window.
