Vue Toastification integration with Vuetify fails

Describe the bug

When using any Vuetify component inside the toast component, the app crashes because Vuetify couldn't find his default instance.

Expected behavior

Instead of breaking the page, I expect that my toast component shows the Vuetify component.

Steps to reproduce

Reproduction here.
Steps:

1. Install Vuetify and Vue Toastification
2. Set the toast container to container: () => document.getElementById("app")!,
3. Create a component with any Vuetify component (I used a v-btn)
4. Execute the application and try to open the toast
