Do the new videos appear when you switch to a different page and then back to the subscriptions page? If yes then this is a known upstream bug.

Sometimes they do appear but sometimes not.

You mentioned it is known.
If there an open bug report for this somewhere else?

No written bug report for it, just known in my head. I was planning to fix it when I migrated the subscription components to the composition API so at the time I didn't think it was worth opening a bug report for an issue that nobody else had mentioned and that I was planning to fix myself. You are welcome to open a bug report for it in upstream though.
