Multi-line application rejection reasons are not properly displayed for admins

Summary

The rejection reason does not render markdown properly, at least when using multiple lines.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create application
2. Reject application with reason with multiple lines
3. Observe reason display for admins being broken

Technical Details

Your Lemmy.World account was automatically deleted for using a disallowed email address.
