Summary

Latest version disables inline images in PMs, which includes the own instance emojis. As the instance emojis are set by the admins, they should be trusted to be safe, and therefore should be allowed to be embedded in PMs.

Send a PM with instance emojis

We'll need to make some different versions of the no_images markdown setup, to allow some images like these.
