[BUG]: blinking elements after hover effect state change

The hover effect on the wallet list causes the user icon to blink.

To Reproduce:

1. create a wallet (skip this step if you already have existing wallets in the app)
2. go to the wallet manager page
3. place the cursor on the wallet list
4. move the cursor up and down to trigger the hover effect
5. look at the "user" icons

Issue:
The moment you move the cursor over the name of the wallet and take it out, the icon flashes in a dark color.
Changing hover affect state causes this bug.

Looks like this issue is still here on 0.5.7, repeated on Mac
