Added lightType to TS110E_2gang_2
Split power_on_behavior because with `.withAccess(ea.ALL),` the switch only seems to set the power_on_behavior of L1 instead of L1 and L2.

Added lightType to TS110E_2gang_2 as it's also available on the TS110E_1gang_2.
Tested and the switch works:
