chore: convert more of NodOn to modern extend

• convert SIN-4-1-21 to modernextend (have access to device)
• mindor cleanup in other devices
• hide on switchType older firwmare for SIN-4-1-21

impulse_mode_configuration doesn't seem to work for me on either fw version though.
