Improve Enbrighten definations adding support for levelconfig, commands, and other improvments.

I refactored the and improved the code for all devices.
I removed some unsupported features:

• powerOnBehavior
• effects

Added support for:

• Level Config: On Level and Execute If Off
• CommandsOnOff
• CommandsLevelCtrl
• identify

This is my first time contributing to an open source project.

Now I don't have to hold the on button to ramp up my light after my automation turns it off (and sets brightness to 0).
