It seems I did, I mistakenly assumed that https://github.com/TexasInstruments/simplelink-lowpower-f2-sdk/blob/374a26a45a5b05cd87c62d9a5da04d9e6d0ed319/source/ti/common/.meta/lprf_ccfg_settings.js#L165 would enable it but this doesn't seem the case. I've removed the download for now and will fix it. |

You will need a debugger indeed (since the tools you mentioned use the boot loader). The reason why this happened is very unfortunate. During testing I was using the CC2652RB which I flashed multiple times using the boot loader, hence I did not found the issue during testing. Turns out there is a bug for the CC2652RB that certain settings are ignored, including the boot loader disable setting (leaving it enabled). For other chips it is not, disabling the boot loader. I've submitted a pull request to TI to fix this: TexasInstruments/simplelink-lowpower-f2-sdk#10 and created a new release with this fix: 2025.3.1. This is unfortunate. Any debugger model to be suggested? I honestly have no idea what to use as it would be the first time I would attempt this... |

I always use TI launchpads to do this (since I have a bunch of them), basically I remove the jumpers (blue box below) and connect them using jumper wires to the Dongle P. Then you can use TI Uniflasher to flash the fw.

Ok, I messed something up and I finally killed the dongle🤪. Nerver mind, it was used to test and crash everything I could. Thanks anyway |

I have flashed a Dongle P with your firmware (CC1352P2_CC2652P_launchpad_ot_rcp_2025_2_1.zip). Everything went fine and I was able to use it with Z2M-on-host from @Nerivec
I wanted to revert to a NCP firmware and this is where things went wrong. It seems the Dongle refuse to enter in its bootloader even by manully pressing the boot switch on the PCB.
Have you by mistake disable the bootloader in your firmware?
