Mail Forward - Feature or I am Blind?

Hi all,
Forgive me if I have completely missed this but I cannot see a way to setup an email forward with the exception of within the offboarding wizard. We do get a lot of requests for forwarding and all its variations (forward only, deliver and forward etc)

Again, apologies if I am being technically challenged :)
