When trying to add a tenant without GDAP the process fails

Hello everyone! I'm trying to add a tenant to my CIPP environment without using GDAP, and I also don’t want to establish any type of relationship.

While searching in the documentation, i found the new onboard method.

i selected the option: Add a Tenant

Then i choose Per-Tenant Authentication, Connect to Separate Tenants

I logged with the admin account of the tenant I'm trying to onboard (its's a test CDX tenant I created), but then i got this error:

The error it seems to occur because the is not established relationship, but that's exactly what i'm trying to avoid.

Hi @jordy-ilicomm I'm not sure if you've found anything that could help with this issue. I managed to add the test tenant using a different method:

If you authenticate using the service account, it takes you to the same section where you can add the tenant under Per-Tenant Authentication.
With this method, I was able to add it, but it's not a viable solution if we need to add many more tenants.

Hi @hbreso, thanks for coming back.

I seem to just still continue to get this even when trying. I don't think we are the only ones I think I saw somebody else in the discord having the same.

It's a new feature I think so maybe that is why, just annoying.
