LACS-1.0 (Linux Auto Compile Script)

This will be the first release of LACS (Linux Auto Compile Script) it has been tested and confirmed to be working in most linux disros with the exception being fedora which is currently not working but depending on demand i might consider working it in.

From this point on any tested update to the code will go to a new release
