버그설명

[[BE-183] feat: 레디스 없이도 서버 정상 가동 #378] 여기서 이벤트 삭제하는 부분을 추가하지 못했음.
이벤트 삭제할 때 redis에서 대기열 비우는 코드가 있는데 redis가 꺼져있으니 오류가 남
