Add last seed to layer name

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I don't see a way to get the last used random seed. Having the seed allows refining a generated image further.

Describe the solution you'd like
The easiest way would be to add the seed to the name of the new layer. Even better would be the seed and the prompt.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A 'reuse seed' button like the one in the webui.
