I THINK IT'S A BUG (but I'm not sure), the .template files from PlotSquared can't be placed with FAWE, but they can with WorldEdit.

To Reproduce

1. I import a .template with PlotSquared, but the roads don't generate correctly.
2. I replace FAWE with WorldEdit, and it works.

Expected behaviour

I hope the plot roads look like the .template I placed and not empty (as shown in the video I attached).
