Are you kidding?
Already 2 years my project of decentralized publication marketplace exists. There you can publish any apk apps or static\editable torrents or links to mega.nz.
In other words you can publish any information you want. And it's completely decentralized. The number of publications is not limited. The volume of data is not limited.
There is no anonymity. But everyone is only responsible for their own publications. Like in torrents.
Of course everything works strictly on hashes.

Maybe your project is only popular because no one knows about my project.
