While signing up for a new account on Puter, I encountered a small difficulty where I couldn’t view the password I was typing when creating a free account. I believe adding a “Show Password” option, similar to the one present in the login page, could significantly improve the user experience, especially for those who want to ensure they’ve typed their password correctly.
Additionally, adding a “Confirm Password” field would be beneficial. This field helps users double-check that they’ve entered the desired password without any mistakes. It reduces the chances of errors and ensures a smoother account creation process.
This simple improvement would provide users with more confidence while creating their accounts and would be consistent with standard practices in modern web design.
I’ve already looked into this and will be submitting a pull request soon. I’m looking forward to your feedback!
