try clearing the cache (settings > advanced > clear heroic cache) |
I tried this, but it didn't fix anything. I cleared the cache, logged out, logged in, cleared the cache again just to be sure, and tried again. Are there any files that I can try to manually delete? |
This might actually be an issue that affects only some games from EGS, not all. I've been trying out various EGS games, and most seem to install just fine. Manually running Using a standalone legendary installation I can install it, and then I can import it into Heroic with no issues. |
I have the same problem with the game "Doors - Paradox" which it free this week. |
go to settings > advanced > clear heroic cache and try again |
Describe the bug
Trying to install games from Epic Games Store hangs indefinitely with a loading icon indicating that

are still in progress. A similar thing can be seen on a game's page, withDownload Size: Getting download size...

.I waited around 10 minutes with no visible progress. Logging out and back in seems to not fix this issues. Games that are already installed seem to work fine.
