Strategy Pillar feedback

From Parul Jalota - I wanted to share some feedback on the "Strategy Pillar". Overall - it is done very thoroughly and the Miro flows really well. I was struggling a bit to "provide specific feedback" on the document/MIRO because I am unable to see an example of what this strategy will look like in practice. When I go through the Miro and the document, it all makes a lot of sense, but I think real feedback will come when we try to "adopt" it and go through it.

I was also wondering if in practice, we could think about a "Strategy-Lite" as it could take us a lot of time to seek buy in from multiple departments, investment across the company and operational set up of committees and decision makers. Just saying that this stuff could take a lot of time, and delay us moving to implementation.
