From provider 6.18, resource google_apigee_nat_address supports optional argument "activate"
https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/google/6.18.0/docs/resources/apigee_nat_address

The current version of Apigee module does not allow setting that argument and by default it becomes "false". Is it possible to add it to the next version?
