Describe the bug
Most landing zones require to only allow trusted images (for VMs) to be deployed. This should be supported by FAST.

Expected behavior
A variable can be set to use a dedicated feature for trusted images. This prepares the project for trusted image repository and sets the organization policy.

Bonus: a pipeline is deployed to create hardened images and deploy to the mentioned repository.
