I concur that the link is broken. I can find a copy on the Wayback Machine: How to Use Monero to Anonymize Bitcoin but the info is quite dated.

Especially since both Glacier and the linked article recommend ShapeShift which now requires KYC, this section should probably be rewritten with a link to the Bitcoin Wiki.
