When you open scrcpy it tries to get rid of all the black borders.
Which is a good thing.
But at the bottom there's still a very thin black border.
If you press [Ctrl]+[X] to “remove black borders”,
you'll notice it does actually trim it up a little more.
It would be good if it opened this way (completely trimmed) by itself.

Could you post screenshot on start and after Ctrl+X, please? And the resolution printed in the console.

I've uploaded an animated gif comparison here.
The screenshot I took as soon as it opened up was (536×954).
The screenshot I took after Ctrl+X was (536×952).
There's a (536×1) horizontal line along the top, and one along the bottom.
The console says:
INFO: Initial texture: 1080x1920

I cannot reproduce.

Which OS/desktop environment (on the computer)?

Windows 10 64-bit.
Could it have something to do with the fact that I downsized my Nexus 6P's screen from 1440p to 1080p?

I set it back to 1440p.
Problem persists.

Could you test again on current dev branch, please?

e40532a should fix the issue.
