I am currently using the official nextclade dataset reference: https://github.com/nextstrain/nextclade_data/tree/master/data/nextstrain/flu/h1n1pdm/na/MW626056 for H1N1pdm, however WISE uses a different reference: CY121682.1 (A/California/07/2009(H1N1)) - it would be nice to use the same reference for each one or alternatively have some way for users to easily convert mutations in one to the the other.
In order to use the same reference we would need to create a new nextclade dataset with clade annotations, glycosylation scores, and RBD-change scores. This could be done similarly to what I did in GenSpectrum/nextclade-datasets#8 however it is not as high priority as the official nextclade reference uses an open sequence which in on the INSDC.
