Give the possibility to do not add a file for the user but specify it in the env variables

The user file in the fixture folder is in my opinion outdated,
give the possibility to put the user info in the env like other parameters

This was suggestged earlier or something similar. The original creator of this appears to have abandoned it, I am hoping someone else will pick it up and maintain it
