Seal of the chest&jar not working on servers

I am playing the FTB Direwolf20 1.7.10 modpack on a server, and when ever i try to right click a jar/chest with there respective binding seal nothing happens, i know it works in single player but it wont work on multiplier. I think that this is a bug but i am not sure.

Hi there.
I tried it in singleplayer and it did not work either. The chests get the bound texture, but the contents don't link. One time, it even crashed when I put an item in a linked chest, but I could not recover the log. (sorry)

I am running [TC-1.7.10-4.2.3.5] and [TX-1.1-37]
