Please remove ability to flash eeproms on microcyb boards

Darren Hedlund wants us to remove the dropdown to upgrade the eeproms on his boards. His boards are preprogramed users are flashing them with the wrong eeprom and bricking them.

Additionally you should remove the function to upgrade Microcyb
boards. This feature does not work and the firmware is not available
on their site. I tried to use this feature and bricked a controller
which after working with Darren am unable to recover.

I have confirmed this with Darren and he would like it removed as an fpp option.
