App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Log in to [email protected]
3. Go to workspace settings > Company card.
4. Change to Visa cards feed.
5. Click Assign card.
6. Assign a few users randomly with card (do not assign the users alphabetically, but randomly).

Expected Result:

The assigned cards will be arranged alphabetically by member's name or primary login.

Actual Result:

The assigned cards are not arranged alphabetically by member's name or primary login. They are sorted based on when the card is assigned.
