Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to any chat.
3. Click + > Add attachment.
4. Select a video.
5. Click play button in Send attachment modal.

Expected Result:

Video will play in Send attachment modal after clicking play button.

Actual Result:

Video does not play in Send attachment modal after clicking play button.
