Action Performed:

1. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com
2. Login with a Public domain (Gmail)
3. Go to Settings > Wallet > Add Bank Account

Expected Result:

Country selector is opened

Actual Result:

Plaid flow to set up a US deposit account is opened.
