Chat - Clicking on download does not show same filename as in the preview

Issue was found when executing #4736

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to staging chat
2. Upload any word document (docx) or non-preview document
3. Clicking on download file

Expected Result:

The download file should give the same filename as preview.

Actual Result:

The download file has different name than preview file.

Workaround:
