Issue found when executing PR #16531

Action Performed:

  1. Open the app in the browser
  2. Open another tab in the same browser
  3. Disable the internet
  4. Log out from one of the tabs
  5. Verify that in other tab the app is not crashed and logged out to the login page.

Expected Result:

Skeleton does not appear for a while before log out automatically on a second tab

Actual Result:

Skeleton appears for a while before log out automatically on a second tab

@laurenreidexpensify This is a regression that was caused by #16531. We're going to have the original contributor who opened that PR look into this, closing
